We Filed a Criminal Complaint

On 16.09.2024 at 17:41, together with our lawyer Esra AKKOÇ YAREN, we filed a complaint with the İZMİR CHIEF PUBLIC PROSECUTOR’S OFFICE against Süleyman Tunçer, a partner of Kaprikorn Gıda İthalat Dış Ticaret Limited Şirketi A.Ş., the owner of the Golden Goat brand. We entrust our lives and property first to Allah and then to the supreme Turkish justice system. We say: one day the STATE will come, and everyone WILL SEE that it has come!

“The answer to the question ‘why was a behavior prohibited?’ reveals how necessary the law is for maintaining social order.”

This is our call to the management of KAPRİKORN: we live in a state governed by the rule of law. You cannot get anywhere through bullying, threats and insults. You cannot achieve anything by presenting a fait accompli. We strongly invite you to respect the law.

We wish to state that it distresses us even more to see power acquired by selling baby formula (follow-on milk) to this country’s mothers and fathers used for cruelty and bullying.

We Asked Artificial Intelligence and Share Its Answer Without Comment: What Would Happen Without a Legal System?

Query address: https://gemini.google.com/app
The legal system is a fundamental structure that enables societies to function in an orderly and fair manner.
Without a legal system, societies would live in chaos, people would constantly clash with one another, and basic rights and freedoms would disappear.

In a world without a legal system, we could encounter the following problems:

  • A system in which might makes right: Without legal rules, power would be the sole determinant of justice. Physically stronger individuals or groups would oppress the weak and do whatever they wanted.
  • Arbitrary practices: Everyone would set their own rules and behave as they wished, increasing insecurity in society.
  • The absence of property rights: Without property rights for everyone, people could easily seize others’ possessions, leading to constant conflict.
  • Invalid contracts: Contracts in trade and social relationships could not be made or would not be reliable. This would negatively affect economic activity and paralyze social life.
  • Crimes going unpunished: Offenders could commit any crimes they wished without facing sanctions, creating fear and terror in society.
  • Revenge replacing justice: Without a legal system, people subjected to injustice would seek revenge themselves, leading to blood feuds and violence.

In short, without a legal system it is impossible to speak of society in the modern sense. The legal system is one of the most important means of enabling people to live together, protecting their rights and allowing them to coexist peacefully.

The basic functions of the legal system include:

  • Maintaining social order: Legal rules regulate people’s behavior and create a social balance.
  • Protecting rights and freedoms: It ensures justice by securing everyone’s basic rights and freedoms.
  • Resolving conflicts: It prevents violence by resolving disputes between people through legal means.
  • Regulating economic activity: It establishes a reliable environment by regulating economic activities such as trade and contracts.

In conclusion, the legal system is one of the cornerstones of civilization and is indispensable to human development.
